Thank you for posting this to the comm. It didn't occur to me to do so, but the more widely this is publicized the better. For my part, I've already donated to the public subscription and I encourage everyone who is able to do the same. We've raised over 100,000 euros so far, but that leaves us more than 800,000 short. The State should be able to cover the shortfall, but best not to take chances.
