I hope you get this...my computer is acting weird!

It sounds like the trick they use in Mexico...where they send in the army to fight the drug cartels. But then it turns out that they only attack the cartels that aren't paying enough bribes...leaving the ones that are paying enough to take over the spoils.

Are the areas Berlusconi sends the troops places that voted against him?
