All of the ones mentioned by victoriavandal I second. The Musée Carnavalet is the best place to see revolution-related things you never even thought about before (Marat's doorknobs!), the Café Procope is... well, seriously, their toilets are labelled "Citoyens" and "Citoyennes". (About the Prefecture of Police museum: it's in the police station in the 5th arrondissement - you need to go inside and ask to be taken up to see it - it's very cool, full of signed documents and pamphlets and such, and a guillotine blade - I think they say it's the one that was used on Charlotte Corday - which was unfortunately not there when I went - hopefully will get to go back and see that though.) Also the Panthéon is incredible. Other than that - and it sounds like you've already been doing some of this - it's amazing just walking around certain places that played their part in the Revolution - like the Tuileries and the Place de la Révolution Concorde. And I was quite fond of the Palais-Royal, but that might just be me. ;D
