I've gotten the "Oh, alright" and "Nazi apologist" responses before. Interestingly, I tend to get the latter from people who are less indifferent - they think they know something, usually from pop culture or having read a single book by a revisionist at some point, and, presumably not wanting to appear uninformed, refuse to back down no matter how much evidence they're confronted with. Either that or they can't get past the word "The Terror"--because after all, if it's called that, it must be evil and all involved must have been Nazis. More people are just indifferent though. But who knows, maybe when I'm there I'll find people who aren't in my classes--presumably if you're studying history you don't find it useless and irrelevant. Presumably.

On a slightly different note, the name of the patisserie strikes me as a bit ironic...
