I don't think Danton actually thought Robespierre had sexual problems, his reference to giving Robesierre his balls referred to giving him his courage (that's what "having balls" actually meant). I am sure he was aware that the troubles France faced in Spring 1794 could not be solved by prolific f..ing XD
