The Les Mis community will have already seen this one, but I've been inspired by all the Revolutionary fan art lately to plonk it in here as well!



Hugo's description of Enjolras, leader of an 1820s Republican cell in Paris who fights in the 1832 rising, includes the observation that "He had but one passion--the right; but one thought--to overthrow the obstacle. On Mount Aventine, he would have been Gracchus; in the Convention, he would have been Saint-Just."

Also lots of angel imagery connected with him, commencing with his "angelically beautiful" features. So here's a crack scenario with the rules of time bent.
