Thanks. I guess it's the big mystery of the week besides what. color. blue. maxime. wore. It bothers me not knowing how everyone actually met each other. It's like watching a movie with all the profanity and good scenes censored out. Arg. Seemingly all the history books assume that detail's not important. Of course it's more important telling us they were (a)crazy, (b)incompetent, (c)born evil in the womb, or (d) all of the above.
