...a book called "Love is Revolution - The Story of Camille Desmoulins"?? It does sound rather, uh, dramatic..! I'm intrigued.

But honestly, half the reason I'm posting is because of the summary posted here which runs as follows:
. . . Nice DW with a little rubbing and chipping to edges/spine, a few small tears, very slight loss. B&W illustrations. Biography of Camille Desmoulins, heroine of the French Revolution.

Teeheee.

Oh dear. XD

Summary aside, though, it does sound intriguing! That title could mean anything.

Ha! That's good.

It is in my uni library, and I borrowed it last year in a fit of fangirling. Didn't end up reading the whole thing, but it was rather dramatic.

From what I saw of it, yes, I think it is just basically a bio.

Oh my. D: Camille had a sex change when we weren't looking...?

...I'm sure the confusion comes from Camille being a used as a feminine name today. >_>

Either that, or Camille was a woman all along, and the truth has just now been discovered.

I leave my computer for five minutes, and come back to see that Camille's had a sex change. What else have a missed?! :)

LOL! I've read some do the same thing with Roland -- confusing him for his wife because he's named Jean-Marie. At least, no one has noticed yet that Robespierre's second first name was also "Marie". XD

Ahaha. I predict that the person selling the book never actually looked inside it.

(I saw that too, and was also considering buying it. XD; But if you'd like to, I do hope you'll tell me about it...)
