University libraries probably do have some copies, though tracking down which libraries will be incredibly annoying (oh the hours I have spent trying to get the librarians at my own uni to help me track down books).

The other option, I'm guessing, is to see if you can buy a copy. Which is obviously problematic. When I really want a rare book I tend to resort to abebooks.com - doing a quick search there now they do have some copies but even the cheapest is £80. So, um, I guess if you have any money to spare then shop around.
