More Revolutionary Photos!
The second album was close to being done when I posted the first. It'll take me more time to fill up the (inevitable) third album, but in the meantime enjoy these photos featuring Paris, Saint-Denis, Blérancourt, and Bourg-la-Reine!

Is Saint-Just's house being restored by a sort of Saint-Just Appreciation society, or is there a French equivalent of the National Trust or English Heritage who steps in and stops buildings falling down? I hope they're going to furnish it or something (I live near two of the Beatles' houses, and they've been restored inside so that, as well as being of interest to Beatles fans, they show 1950's working class (McCartney) and middle class (Lennon) interiors - it'd be good if they could do something like that) . The countryside around it looks gorgeous!

Saint-Just's house was restored by a society specifically dedicated to the purpose (L'Association pour la sauvegarde de la maison de Saint-Just), organized by Bernard Vinot. They undertook the project for the bicentennial of the Revolution. It's unfurnished, but currently houses a little museum of things related to Saint-Just.

And yes...I dreamed a lot watching this garden who might have been the Duplessis' one. Think that Lucile could have been dreaming there...! And just think that Jean-Bon Saint-André and Saint-Just were neighbors! :D
Yes; I must travel to Paris soon. I decided it. I'll try to find Hanriot's house at Rue de la Clef. They said it still stood. But who knows?

I loved your photoes, they contribute to increase my longing to go to France :) (hope to do it soon)
I like also the fact you took pictures of less known rev-related places such as Prieur's and Carnot's houses. This adds even more realism to all your work... very nice of you :)
