Hi - There were a number of posts this autumn (September onwards, I think) when several people on this comm visited/moved to Paris discussing places to go - my computer is misbehaving at the mo (slow slow slow!) but if you scroll back a page or two you should find them! (Musée Carnavalet, Cafe Procope, Conciergerie and others (including a Police museum or something I hadn't heard of before!) - if you're a bit gothy, there's the catacombs, too - the lime pit bones of the guillotined were cleared to the catacombs in the 19thc.
