Well, you're pretty new here, I think, so you should probably lurk and make comments for a while to make sure your posts are appropriate for the community and see what normal posts are like. I did that for ages before posting, and I still don't post too often! ^_^ The reason you come across as troll-ish is that you post things that are out of tune with the rest of the community - not in opinion, we like debate and different opinions (or at least I do and I believe most people here do too), but rather in tone. Your posts are rushed together and confusing and not always good with grammar and punctuation, and you seem to be posting things at any point rather than commenting on other people's posts, which makes people unhappy.

It's a pretty scholarly community, despite the squeeing, so try to be respectful of other people's opinions, don't bait people intentionally (having your own opinions is fantastic, but if you don't need to fight with someone, don't! It's that simple. ^^), and respect the fact that very often, people here know a LOT. I've done a lot of research on this period, but I don't consider myself an expert compared to a lot of the people here, and (as you may have noticed) this is still one of the most divisive periods in history. So just be nice. ^^ That's all that's necessary not to be a troll.

Oh, and sign in when you reply, don't post on anon. ^^
