I did it last year, actually. :P I thought of doing it this year, but I dismissed it fast, because I already look pitiful enough as a living!Robespierre -- a zombie!Robespierre would push the catharsis to masochism. ;O; While zombie!Saint-Just, well, I don't know... it's more dignified...?

I went as Robespierre two years ago. ;P Everyone thought that I was Benjamin Franklin.

I tried to go as Marie Antoinette this year, but I simply couldn't figure out how to make the panniers. Instead, I turned a crinoline skirt into a bustle and went as a Victorian vampire.

You should still be able to see the rings around my eyes in them though, so it's mostly just the white paint that's gone. Poor thing. Are you feeling better now? I can see how that would work out though. :/

Last year and this year I dressed up as -- basically a zombie French Revolution cheerleader. Also known, through a series of long stories and in-jokes, as an. Er. Hollaback citoyenne. No, really. I was Saint-Just, compleate with gold hoop earings. Though only my history teacher got who I was, I still won the school costume contests. (Though they called me "revolutionary girl" :( oh well.)
