Help needed!
Mar. 13th, 2009 10:07 amI'm currently attempting to do a research project on the French Revolution, specifically on nationalism/patriotism; and even more specifically on the various ways the French Revolutionaries dictated how their nation should go. (Clothing strictures, the new calender, who does/does not belong in a nation)
I'm particularly looking for things they said in the various legislatures (or at least during the time of the legislatures!)
My teacher has assigned us to finish our bibliography and research over spring break, so I was hoping you guys here could help direct me to some good sources to use! Secondary, primary, books, articles - anything's good! I figure if anyone knows something on this subject it's you.
Thanks a lot!
(I will happy repay anyone who helps with pictures of whatever they like! Please, please help! *desperate*)

This is another good source. It has a wide collection of artwork, political documents, songs, etc from the French Revolution and the eighteenth century, all in English. The one drawback is that these archives seem a bit inconsistent at times, lacking some well-known documents and having some that are only tangentially related to the revolution.
