Happy Bastille day! I think that better to climbing to a table to start Revolution, we may stand on chairs, like Desmopulins did...Or statr a little fire at the barrières, like Hanriot did! I love fire! But in both cases yur end will be quite sad: the one was guillotined in 1794, the other was first carried to prison, and also guillotined in 1794. How depressing!

But we are not here to depress! This will come in Thermidor anniversary (Hehehe). Now, we must CELEBRATE! I purchase a bottle of champagne today. The sad thing it's I'll go toast with myself...Buuuuaaaahhhh

Thank you. Yes, it is certainly more convenient. (Although, in the heat, the icing melted and the towers collapsed even before we got around to, er, "storming" it.

But let's not anticipate; the last thing I want to think about at the moment is the imminence of Thermidor...

It's odd that Bastille Day and Thermidor happened the very moth of July both of them...Isn't it?

So heat is bad and thus a driving force..xD Though i disagree, August is way hotter =( I feel bad for them not having AC, i can't live without it. Though it's not odd, i feel kind of stupid in heat..xD You can really think too much.

August is hotter on average... in certain climates. I depends on the place and the year, though.

That's true. Though when i originally lived, it was freaken unbearable and i couldn't ever go outside. now i'm living in a much nicer climate without that horrible humidity. Living near the equator killed me so much. But that's very true. It's just amazing how simple nature also helped along with the french revolution. =) Though i'm much happier here xD

I like the idea of a Bastille cake...particularly considering the oft-quoted false quote "let them eat cake" (even if that reference to cake probably refers to the lower and less desirable part of a loaf of bread...but who knows seeing as we don't even know who started the line...).
